Bozeman earned yet another couple victories in North American Three Junior Hockey, beating the Missoula Bruins 3-2 and the Yellowstone Quake 3-1 on home ice at the Hayes Pavillion.

On Friday, Hazen McKay and Caleb Brownell scored in the first period and Luke McKay netted one in the second as the Icedogs put 55 shots on Missoula netminder Seth Daniel.

Saturday saw a first-period goal from Will Kutch and then a scoreless second frame for both teams until Brownell broke the silence with a goal early in the third. Yellowstone cut the lead to 2-1, but Bozeman's Christian Veneruzzo sealed the victory with his late-game goal.

Bozeman sits in first place in the NA3HL’s Frontier Division at 69 points with Sheridan just two points behind in second. Next week, the Icedogs will play in Gillette against the Wild and will look to gain some distance in the division standings.
