Montana State's Keljin Blevins drives against Northern Arizona's Luke Avdalovic on March 2 at Worthington Arena.

Former Montana State forward Keljin Blevins will play for the Portland Trail Blazers’ Summer League roster, the Trail Blazers announced Monday.

Blevins is the second former MSU player to land on a Summer League team this offseason, joining guard Tyler Hall, who will play with the Chicago Bulls.

The 6-foot-6, 200-pound Blevins is cousins with Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard and has spent previous summers training in Portland.

In his senior season with the Bobcats, Blevins averaged 11.8 points and 5.9 rebounds in 28.4 minutes per game. He shot 47.1% on 2-pointers and 28.4% on 3s.

He spent the first two years of his career at Southern Mississippi before transferring to MSU. In his two seasons with the Bobcats, Blevins started 63 of 64 games.

In his final college game, in the Big Sky tournament quarterfinals against Eastern Washington, Blevins scored a career-high 27 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished four assists. He went 6 of 15 from 3-point range and displayed his potential.

The Blazers kick off Summer League action on July 6 against the Detroit Pistons. Each team is slated to play at least four games.
