The Bozeman Police Department reports for Wednesday included the following:

  • Officers spoke with people about calls from folks attempting fraud.
  • A man went into the men's bathroom of a business and locked himself in. He will not leave. An officer warned the man not to stay in the restroom.
  • Two churches helped a man with a bus ticket to Seattle.
  • Officers responded to 153 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Wednesday included the following:

  • A deputy helped Gallatin County Court Services with a breath test. The test result was 0.00.
  • A person found a bloody knife. The person wanted to make sure it wasn't involved in a stabbing. The caller and deputy agreed it was probably left by a hunter.
  • A mother called a school. She couldn't get her son to go to class. He was running around Three Forks. The child was found at home and warned for truancy.
  • A deputy checked a road after complaints of mud boggers.
  • Deputies responded to 121 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 167 inmates Thursday.
