The Bozeman Police Department reports for Sunday included the following:

  • A woman said a cat has been coming onto her back porch and "taunting her cat."
  • People were warned for being in the park after hours and smoking marijuana.
  • Officers responded to 107 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Sunday included the following:

  • A deputy notified next of kin of a death that happened in Idaho.
  • A man stole AA batteries and other items from a gas station.
  • Two bear cubs were stuck in a large construction dumpster. The cub's mother was understandably upset because she could not get the cubs out. Fish, Wildlife and Parks wardens were advised and responded. A large board was provided to help the bears escape. 
  • Deputies responded to 93 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 167 inmates Monday.
