The Bozeman Police Department reports for Thursday included the following:

• An officer warned several men for fighting.

• A dead goose was on a road.

• A man made an illegal U-turn and other drivers nearly hit him. A caller reported the man confronted him and was trying to pull him out of his truck.

• A black bear cub went to a park.

• Officers responded to 142 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Thursday included the following:

• A Montana Highway Patrol trooper nearly hit a sheep on a road.

• Someone reported a car was on fire. A deputy found the car was disabled, but not on fire.

• A caller had questions about using the shoulder on Huffine Lane to turn. A deputy told the man the shoulder is for pulling off the road.

• Two brown cows were walking on a highway.

• Deputies responded to 103 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 168 inmates Friday.
