The Bozeman Police Department reports for Sunday included the following:

• A caller reported people from a party somewhere in the area were throwing things at an apartment.

• A woman advised officers that her car died on the road and that she didn’t abandon it.

• A tourist asked if he could carry a borrowed gun for protection against bears while hunting.

• Officers responded to 69 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Sunday included the following:

• A caller reported a cow was on a road near a fishing access.

• Someone reported being concerned about a black car parked in front of his house. The caller said someone might not see it at night and hit it.

• A caller said an angry man was going to report him for driving through a “walk on only” area of state land. The man was warned not to drive there again.

• Deputies responded to 75 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 178 inmates Monday.
