The Bozeman Police Department reports for Monday included the following:

• An officer followed up on a hit-and-run. Based on pictures, the officer didn’t believe the person was involved in an incident.

• A caller reported a man tore up his and his wife’s ballots and threw them at an election’s official. The man admitted tearing up ballot, but denied throwing them at anyone.

• Officers responded to 137 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Monday included the following:

• A giant boulder was on a road.

• A man had food stuck in his throat but was breathing and talking normally. A deputy informed the man about a $5,000 warrant for his arrest. The man said he would take care of the warrant the following day. The man was released to get medical attention.

• Deputies responded to 102 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 162 inmates Tuesday.
