The Bozeman Police Department reports for Thursday included the following:

• Construction made it hard for residents to get out of driveways.

• A former tenant left a couch and a tarp piled with trash on the curb.

• An employee who quit took liquor and will be leaving town soon.

• A person who stole from a store returned the items. The caller said the merchandise can’t be sold, and that the person who stole refused to pay and left.

• Someone was buying a bike and wanted to verify it was not stolen.

• A teenager said a man yelled at her for speeding. The teen thought the man took a picture of her and her car’s license plate before leaving.

• Neighbors helped a woman who was choking.

• Officers responded to 137 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Thursday were unavailable.

The Gallatin County jail held 171 inmates Friday.
