The Bozeman Police Department reports for Tuesday included the following:

• A man was banned for life from a bar for punching a bartender in the face.

• Someone quarantined a dog for 10 days and wanted to know what to do with it.

• An ex-boyfriend was threatening to shut off a caller’s cell phone.

• A dog was following a group of people on a trail.

• Kids were chucking heavy objects from a downtown building’s roof. A caller said the kids were ducking down and hard to see.

• A caller reported two or three people walking around like zombies and tapping on windows.

• Officers responded to 119 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Tuesday included the following:

• Kids were being very loud in a parking lot.

• A man on a lawn mower asked a deputy to take a picture of him next to a patrol car.

• Someone broke into a money collection box.

• A caller reported shooting a young bear twice with plastic slugs because it was getting into a chicken coop and on a deck. The caller said the bear wouldn’t leave.

• Someone was moving dirt around. A caller wanted to know if it was legal to do construction work at night.

• Deputies responded to 113 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 171 inmates Wednesday.
