The Bozeman Police Department reports for Monday included the following:

• An officer helped a man who appeared to be drunk. The man was having trouble balancing and was not drunk.

• A man wanted to talk to an officer about his civil duties. The man said someone told him he is a criminal if he doesn’t report crimes like cars having studded tires. An officer told the man he is not required to report people with studded tires.

• A man wanted shoes back that were seized during an arrest. An officer told the man he wouldn’t get them until his case was settled.

• Officers responded to 127 calls.

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office reports for Monday included the following:

• A deputy locked an open business door.

• A man said he found his car that he had reported stolen. The man’s daughter had taken it and he said she would bring it back soon.

• A horse wandered onto someone’s property last week and left on Sunday. A man said he would call back if the horse returned.

• Deputies responded to 117 calls.

The Gallatin County jail held 169 inmates Tuesday.
