In their 25 years together, they raised four children and lived in several small towns in Washington, Idaho and Montana before settling in Gardiner, Montana. After the passing of her husband, she moved to Livingston, Montana where she was able to work for the Livingston Public Library and share her love of books with the community and her grandchildren. Later she moved to Bozeman and worked at Holy Rosary Catholic Church for many years. Due to declining health, Connie moved to Gardnerville, Nevada to be closer to family. Connie’s life revolved around family, religion and sports. She loved to watch her children and grandchildren participate in a variety of activities and was an avid fan of the hometown Gardiner Bruins as well as her favorite professional teams the Chicago Cubs and Denver Broncos. She was an extremely loyal fan and was very happy when her beloved Cubs finally won the World Series the year after the Broncos won the Super Bowl. She enjoyed a good game of Texas Hold’em and was often successful in many of the tournaments she played. Connie was an active member of the Catholic Church her entire life and spent much of her time volunteering, being a lector, visiting the sick and socializing with other church members. Connie loved sharing stories of past events, especially those involving family.
