Alaska Airlines announced Thursday it will start a direct flight
between Bozeman and Portland, Ore., in June.
Alaska’s carrier, Horizon Air, will operate the seasonal flight
with a 76-seat turboprop plane from June 4 to Aug. 25, according to
an Alaska Airlines news release. Daily flights will be offered
between Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and Portland
International Airport.
Alaska Airlines also will resume seasonal service between
Portland, Missoula and Billings.
“These new routes give our customers additional options to
access some of the most popular summer markets out of Portland,”
Joe Sprague, Alaska’s vice president of marketing, said in a
written statement.
Introductory fares will be offered on the Bozeman-Portland
flight. For more information, visit alaskaair.com.
