Inc. names AED one of nation’s best places to work

Advanced Electronic Designs is happy to announce it has been named by Inc. Magazine as one of the nation’s best places to work in 2019. This achievement comes on the heels of being recognized as one of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in 2018, a Top Montana Tech Employer by Montana High Tech Business Alliance and Employer of Choice by the Montana State Employers Council and JSEC.

Collecting data on nearly 2,000 submissions, Inc. singled out 346 finalists. The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work. These companies are leading the way in employee recognition, performance management and diversity.

AED’s appearance on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list couldn’t have come at a better time. This year marks the company’s 25th year in business.

AED is preparing to move into its new, technologically advanced building later this year, where it will triple its size.

Dee-O-Gee expanding across state

Dee-O-Gee owners are now one year into owning the Bozeman locations — they are thriving at Dee-O-Gee in Bozeman and there’s more Dee-O-Gee activity happening around the state. Dee-O-Gee Billings opened in January 2019 and Dee-O-Gee Kalispell is set to open in August.

Founders of Dee-O-Gee are working on growing the Bozeman-based Dee-O-Gee via partnering with other like-minded pet-loving entrepreneurs via franchise opportunities with the Dee-O-Gee brand. They are also working to grow their dog toy brand, WO, featuring Montana-made dog toys that are offered in hundreds of independent pet stores across the U.S.
