Leadership Montana announces the class of 2020

Leadership Montana announced the selection of 42 community, business, education, health care, nonprofit and government leaders from across the state for its class of 2020. These influential community members make up the 16th class of the prestigious program.

Leadership Montana presents an annual seven-session program of leadership development, education about issues facing Montana today and opportunities for networking and collaboration. This year’s class will begin in September 2019 at Big Sky for the orientation and retreat and conclude with graduation in Billings in April 2020. Other program sites this year will include Polson, Whitefish, Bozeman, Helena, Lewistown, Great Falls and Miles City.

“The best of Montana is what we see in this incoming Class of 2020,” said President and CEO Chantel Schieffer. “We are excited to welcome leaders from all corners of the state, from both large and small Montana communities who represent businesses and organizations that are vital to Montana’s growing economy.”

To date, there are over 600 graduates of the program representing over 60 communities across the state. Leadership Montana alumni serve in key leadership positions in businesses, education, government, health care, nonprofit organizations, and community boards.
