Bozeman resident and climate expert Tom Fiddaman will present a public lecture at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 20, at the Museum of the Rockies. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Fiddaman will focus on the real state of climate science, the direction climate policy is headed, and what this means for Montana's future. Using illustrations from simple climate change and energy models, he will provide the most current information on climate change.

Fiddaman has two decades of experience in energy and environmental policy. He is co-creator of C-Roads, a simulation that helps decision-makers understand and project the long-term climate impacts of various scenarios to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The presentation is free and open to the public. It is sponsored in part by the social justice team of Bozeman United Methodist Church.
