The Partners Group (TPG) has added Joshua Lever as an employee benefits account manager to the Bozeman, Montana team. TPG’s Employer Services Division specializes in providing employee benefits, retirement plan consulting, data analytics, plus health and wellness services.

Josh brings extensive knowledge and industry insights to TPG after working with a large independent health insurance brokerage in Montana. During that time, Josh led the sales team and became an insider expert in small group funding strategies and group ancillary benefits. Josh holds a Montana Life & Disability Producer License and is ACA certified.

Dezaray Paunovich has just returned from the International Salon Expo in Long Beach, California. She attended a class taught by Justin Thomas, a master cutter for Hattori Hanzo Shears. She also attended a show on trends by world-renowned stylist Nick Arrojo and a demonstration of the latest Sassoon Academy collection by three leading Vidal Sassoon creative directors.

Dezaray has recently joined the team of stylists at Studio 102 Salon located in the Langohr’s Flowerland building.

Tom Schmitt, senior vice president-insurance services based in Bozeman, recently celebrated 35 years with Northwest Farm Credit Services. Schmitt oversees the company’s insurance agents and staff serving crop insurance customers in Montana. Schmitt graduated from Montana State University.

Bonnie Damjanovich, Financial Specialist, observed her 30th anniversary with Northwest Farm Credit Services. She assists lending and insurance customers of the company’s Bozeman branch.

Matt Marcinek joins the Gallatin Valley Land Trust as Community Trails Program manager. Matt brings over 27 years of experience in public land, parks, and trails management. During his career with Montana State Parks, Matt has managed and administered parks in north central Montana including Giant Springs State Park, and in the Bozeman area, Lewis & Clark Caverns and Missouri Headwaters State Park. He was part of a group that led the effort to create and extend the River’s Edge Trail system in Great Falls. Matt will be helping GVLT further enhance and connect trails around Bozeman.

Gordon Johnson, president of American Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotions and staff additions:

Laura Lee was promoted to training coordinator. Laura joined American Bank in March, 2006. She has been the assistant branch manager, lead personal banker and most recently Bozeman retail market manager.

Jane Foster has joined the American Bank staff as the Bozeman retail market manager position. Jane has 36 years of banking experience and has been active in the Bozeman community volunteering with Greater Gallatin United Way, Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley, Haven, Big Brothers and Sisters and Special Olympics.

Rossi Benner was promoted to cash management specialist. Rossi joined American Bank in November, 2013 and is currently the assistant branch manager and personal banker for the Bozeman branches. Rossi is a graduate of the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria with a degree in finance.

Connor Board was promoted to business banking specialist. He will work directly with our business customers and loan officers. Connor joined American Bank in June, 2016. Connor is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in finance.

Trevor Morey has joined the American Bank staff as a personal banker. Trevor has extensive retail and customer service experience in the Bozeman area. He is a graduate of Montana State University.

Rebekah Leonard will be joining the American Bank team as vice president of compliance and CRA on March 5, 2018. Rebekah has 22 years of banking experience and 15 years in the compliance and CRA areas. She is a certified regulatory compliance manager.
