WellHaven Bozeman Pet Hospital is excited to announce that Dr. Nelson has joined our practice. Nelson is a Bozeman native and is excited to be practicing in her home town. She received her bachelor’s degree in applied physics from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and her veterinary degree from the University of Glasgow in Glasgow, Scotland. Nelson enjoys traveling and working with the Phuket Animal Welfare Society in Phuket, Thailand as well as working with a veterinary team in the wildlife refuges of South Africa. Her veterinary interests include internal medicine and promoting the human-animal bond.

The Bozeman Symphony Board of Directors has recently appointed Emily Paris-Martin to the position of executive director. Paris-Martin comes from within the organization as a former violinist from 2002 to 2015 and administrative team member from 2010 to the present. Paris-Martin was recently selected as one of 35 orchestra professionals chosen from across the country to participate in Essentials of Orchestra Management, the League of American Orchestras’ premier educational course for developing effective and innovative orchestra administrators. Paris-Martin holds a bachelor of science in business from Montana State University and a master of science in communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
