Column: A 'Journey to Excellence' with Bozeman Public Schools

This is an exciting time for education in our district. We have a dynamic Long Range Strategic Plan that sets a course for our learning community. More than ever before, research is able to inform our teaching practices and we see direct, positive impact on student achievement.

Our highly qualified team of professionals have worked together to launch the school year emphasizing increasing student learning for every child. Our collective effort is the "Journey to Excellence." Paving the path for that journey, and being transparent about where it leads, is the essence of the school district Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP). With student learning at the center, the Bozeman Schools' education team has created an Implementation Framework and Action Plans that define the work we intend to do, energizing our organization to provide our students with the opportunities they need.
