DUI Sentences - Municipal Court - Sept. 30, 2011

Bozeman Municipal Court recently issued the following DUI misdemeanor sentences:

  • Andrew Peter Barefield-Malone, 27, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
  • Kenneth George Stepanik, 60, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $685 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
  • Cody Kenneth Apple, 20, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.02 percent or greater while under age 21, $485 fine/fees, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
  • David Aaron Hitt, 26, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
  • Joshua Paul Wilson, 23, Bozeman: second offense DUI, $1,610 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but 11 days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections, Victim Impact Panel.
  • Angela Catherine Japhet, 34, Whitehall: first offense driving under the influence of any drugs, narcotic, etc., $1,165 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but three days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections, Victim Impact Panel.
  • Robert Mark Nelson, 38, Bozeman: aggravated driving under the influence, $2,635 fine/fees, 12 months in jail with all but 45 days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling.
  • Vanessa Grace Burgard, 20, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections, Victim Impact Panel.
  • Jeremy Michael Lang, 21, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $935 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections, Victim Impact Panel.
  • Mark Andrew Haldane, 40, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $935 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but three days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections, Victim Impact Panel.
  • Ryan Michael William Beasley, 24, Tulsa, Okla.: first offense alcohol per se violation, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling.
  • Stephanie Elizabeth Marcaurele, 28, Bozeman: first offense alcohol per se violation, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $885 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections, Victim Impact Panel.
