Bozeman Municipal Court recently issued the following DUI misdemeanor sentences:
- Mark Huntley Smith, 58, Gallatin Gateway: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Devin Anthony Martin, 27, East Helena: second offense DUI, $1,135 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but 60 days suspended, driver's license suspended for an indefinite period, alcohol/drug counseling.
- Sandra Lee Lehman, 24, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Victoria Ray Lindley, 30, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Austen James Cameron, 22, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Weston Christopher Arnold, 22, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Ernest Edward Williams, 52, Great Falls: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Jeffery Dell Trent, 25, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Rebekah Elaine Johnson, 26, Valdosta, Ga.: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling.
- Dylan James Lang, 21, Bozeman: second offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $1,135 fine/fees, 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Thomas Wilson Haugeberg, 19, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
- Daniel James O'brien, 21, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
