Bozeman Municipal Court recently issued the following DUI misdemeanor sentences:

• Benjamin Dean Miller, 21, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $935 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Garrett Allan Rodger, 23, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohols content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Aaron Henderson, 36, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Philip Jason Gilhousen, 38, Bozeman: first offense driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, $1,492 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Presten Dennis Swenson, 23, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, six months in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Kenneth Hardy Treasone, 21, Sarasota, Fla.: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail all suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Falina Carrie Kamrud, 20, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.02 percent or greater while under age 21, $185 fine/fees, alcohol/drug counseling, courtroom sentence.
• Nathaniel Stephan Driscoll, 18, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• John Zachary Lewis, 22, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling.
• Ronald Russell Lund, 65, Oroville, Wash.: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling.
• Michael James Schuld, 25, Bozeman: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Karl Alexander Westphal, 49, Belgrade: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Luke Thomas Coder, 24, Kalispell: first offense driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, $935 fine/fees, 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, alcohol/drug counseling.
• Ahmed Mohammed Alshaikh, 28, Bozeman: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
• Nicholas David Svobodny, 24, Big Sky: first offense DUI, $885 fine/fees, six months in jail with all but one day suspended, alcohol/drug counseling, community corrections.
