Decision from the Montana Commissioner of Higher Education regarding campaign complaints filed in 2010 by Art Wittich and Mike Miller.

Two Republican legislators do not have enough proof to support allegations of campaign law and finance violations in 2010, according to the Commissioner of Political Practices.

Deputy Commissioner Jay Dufrechou issued his finding this week, saying there was insufficient evidence to show that campaign violations had occurred during the 2010 primary races involving Sen. Art Wittich, R-Bozeman, and Rep. Mike Miller, R-Helmville.
