Bozeman police continue to search for a woman who was reported missing this week.

Police said Monta Lee Johnson, 54, was last seen Monday on foot on Durston Road. However, Detective Scott McCormick said police received reports that she was spotted Tuesday afternoon in the area of Jackrabbit Lane and Alaska Road in Belgrade.

Johnson is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. Police said she is an “at-risk” adult who typically wears several layers of bulky clothing. Police wouldn’t comment on why she is at risk.

“We’re currently working every lead we can,” McCormick said. “We want to know where she’s at. This isn’t typical behavior for her to disappear.”

McCormick added she is “definitely wearing a skirt.”

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Bozeman Police Department at 582-2000.
