An investigation into three Belgrade children missing since August ended Tuesday when the U.S. Coast Guard found them aboard their father’s sailboat about 30 miles off the south Florida coast Tuesday.

The children’s father, James Bryant, 44, was arrested without incident by the Coast Guard within a half-mile of Bahamian waters, where it appeared he was fleeing with the children, Belgrade Police Detective Dustin Lensing said Wednesday.
