Bozeman schools double hiring of teaching coaches

No basketball team would send players out onto the court and expect them to succeed without some sharp coaches on the bench to help shape the offense and defense, spot weaknesses and opportunities, and inspire players to win.

Today, as teaching becomes more and more like a team sport, American schools are bringing in coaches of their own to work closely with classroom teachers, help improve student learning and raise student test scores.
