Obama campaign rally tickets available
Hundreds more tickets to tonight’s rally for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will be available this morning at 8 a.m. outside the Bozeman Obama headquarters at the Baxter Hotel, the campaign announced Sunday.
Long lines formed outside the headquarters when tickets first became available Friday. While the campaign made tentative plans to give out tickets every morning between Friday and Monday, an Obama spokesman said that changed when the first batch of tickets were gone by Saturday.
The spokesman could not say how many tickets were made available initially, or how many tickets will be available Monday morning. The Worthington Arena, where the Montana State University Bobcats play home games, holds 10,000 people.
The Obama rally will mark the first Bozeman visit of a presidential candidate during the 2008 primary election season, and comes more than a month after the campaign opened its headquarters in Bozeman to drum up support for the Illinois senator.
His opponent for the Democratic nomination, Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., has not visited Bozeman, although she and Obama spoke to crowds in Missoula and Butte in April.
Montana’s primary is June 3, as is South Dakota’s. Voters in the two states will be the last to cast ballots in this pre-convention primary season.
Obama plans Monday stops in Crow Agency and Billings, as well as Bozeman.
While Obama has not secured the Democratic nomination, some have speculated this Montana trip has more to do with his presumptive general election battle with Republican nominee Sen. John McCain than with his race against Clinton.
Doors at the fieldhouse open at 5:30 p.m., with the rally scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.
Seating will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets will be required for entry.
For safety, the campaign has asked that no signs, banners or bags be brought to the rally.

Don't assume that it's coming out of your pocket(Though it may). If you read:
http://www.nhelects.com/PrimaryNotes.asp?LinkID=6&HTitle=PNTitle
it states that often, the candidate foots the bill for the extra security/setup/cleanup. Not sure how it's going to work in Bozeman, but I would assume that campaign donations take care of this sort of thing. "
