Gallatin County Justice Court recently issued the following misdemeanor sentences:

€ Harold Eugene Kirkemo, 68, Belgrade: four counts of cruelty to animals, $60 fine/fees and six months in jail (suspended) for each offense.

€ Charles Shewey, Bozeman: assault, $310 fine/fees, six months in jail (suspended).

€ Jason C. Dawes, 27, Butte: disorderly conduct, $110 fine/fees.

€ Kenneth Anderson, 28, Butte: criminal mischief, $310 fine/fees; disorderly conduct, $160 fine/fees.

€ Vicki Sue Rehard, 44, Belgrade: violating fish and game rules, $70 bond forfeited.

€ Oscar Huerta, 20, Woodridge, Colo.: fishing without a license, $135 bond forfeited.

€ Adam A. Sabella, 33, Brooklyn, N.Y.: fishing without a license, $125 bond forfeited.

€ Harold Jack Lanning, 58, Jenison, Mich.: fishing without a license, $135 bond forfeited.

€ Michael John Sande, 21, Rapid City, S.D.: reckless driving, $185 bond forfeited.

€ Samatha Laura Lapointe, 36, Big Sky: DUI, $660 fine/fees, six months in jail (all but one day suspended), driver's license suspended for six months, counseling; seatbelt violation, $20 fine/fees.

€ Erin Ann Orchowski, 23, Walkerville: criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, $360 fine/fees, six months in jail (suspended), counseling.

€ Ean Matthew Mcclure, 25, Kalispell: failing to give proper notification of accident, $135 fine/fees; careless driving, $105 fine/fees.

€ Jay Bradley Conway, 42, Butte: disobeying directions from a peace officer, $135 fine/fees.

€ Michael Everett Wilhelm, 56, Gallatin, Tenn.: driving while ill or fatigued, $335 fine/fees.

€ Derek Steven Ard, 27, Belgrade: driving without liability insurance in effect, second offense, $370 fine/fees.

€ Brian Lee Woods, 33, Bozeman: DUI, $660 fine/fees, six months in jail (all but one day suspended), driver's license suspended for six months, counseling.

€ Travis Wayne Keil, 27, Belgrade: driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license, $185 fine/fees, six months in jail (all but two days suspended).
