Recent sentences issued by Gallatin County District Court included:

[U+2022] Gordon Charles Petterson, a 49-year-old Butte man, was given a six-month suspended sentence and fined $500 for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.

[U+2022] Robert Edward Leach, a 26-year-old Washington man, was sentenced to 180 days in Gallatin County jail, fined $10,000 and given a six-year deferred imposition of sentence for possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, a felony.

[U+2022] Charles Kim Kovash, a 46-year-old Bozeman man, was given a three-year suspended sentence to the Department of Corrections for issuing bad checks, a felony.

[U+2022] Cassandra Sue Davis, a 20-year-old Colorado woman, was fined $2,500 and given a three-year deferred imposition of sentence for possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, a felony, and possession or use of property subject to criminal forfeiture, a felony.

[U+2022] Charles Adam West was committed to the DOC for three years for violating the conditions of a deferred imposition of sentence.

[U+2022] Adam Cole Dehner was given a four-year deferred imposition of sentence for nine counts of burglary, a felony.

[U+2022] Jeremy Philo Champion, a 19-year-old Bozeman man, was given a one-year deferred imposition of sentence and fined $1,000 for possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, a felony.

[U+2022] Jessica Ann Sickler, a 19-year-old Bozeman woman, was fined $750, given a three year deferred imposition of sentence, a six-month suspended jail sentence, and credit for 50 days served for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

[U+2022] Kristy Marie Jones, a 28-year-old Idaho woman, was given an 18-month deferred imposition of sentence for two counts of fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs, a felony.

[U+2022] William Washburn King, a 40-year-old Gallatin Gateway man, was sentenced to the DOC for five years and one month, with all but 13 months suspended, and fined $2,000 for two counts of driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony.

[U+2022] Gregory Paul Laplante was fined $1,500 and given a one-year deferred imposition of sentence for production or manufacture of dangerous drugs, a felony.

[U+2022] Steven Miles Howe, a 44-year-old Belgrade man, was sentenced to the DOC for five years and one month, with all but 13 months suspended, and fined $2,000 for driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony.

[U+2022] Brian Ray Wilson, a 20-year-old Colorado man, was fined $2,500, sentenced to 18 days in the Gallatin County jail and given a five-year deferred imposition of sentence for possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, and possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture, both felonies.
