Chronicle Online Dealer Returns

The Bozeman Daily Chronicle offers four methods for our newspaper dealers to receive credit for newspaper returns.

• Phone Returns: (406) 582-2629
• Email Returns: returns@dailychronicle.com
• Online Form: Complete the form above

To receive proper return credit, please insure you submit your newspaper returns every Monday by 12:00 p.m. (noon) for the preceding week.

What we need to insure proper credit to your dealer account:

• Your name
• Your account number
• The date (this would be the preceding week's Monday for returns)
• The number of papers returned for each day of the week

Please fill out the return (number of papers you did not sell for that same day). If you cannot send returns via e-mail, or the online form below, then please send the return form via fax or call the Chronicle Dealer Care Department at (406) 582-2629 no later than Monday at noon.
