HELENA — One of the so-called "mountain men" who kidnapped a world-class athlete in the 1980s has been arrested in Butte after eluding authorities for months on drug charges.

$3.4 billion Indian land royalty settlement upheld
HELENA (AP) — A panel of appellate judges on Tuesday upheld a $3.4 billion settlement between the U.S. government and hundreds of thousands of Native American plaintiffs whose land trust royalties were mismanaged by the Interior Department.
